MOOG ACQUIRES VIDEO SURVEILLANCE MANUFACTURER - VIDEOLARM, INC.
Moog Inc. (NYSE: MOG.A and MOG.B ) announced today that it has acquired Videolarm Inc. of Decatur, Georgia. Videolarm is a leading supplier of products for surveillance systems including integrated cameras, vandal resistant protective housings and networked solutions.
