Videolarm Usage Policy
Policy Regarding Use of Videolarm Name, Logos, Product Images, and Related Materials
Videolarm is pleased to allow its customers the use of Videolarm?s name and trademarks for the purpose of properly promoting sales of its products and strengthening the relationship with its customers. This policy is intended to define the legal terms under which Videolarm is willing to allow use of this property by outside companies.
Use of the VIDEOLARM name, Logos, product images, and related information (in print- and/or electronic-forms) (hereinafter "VIDEOLARM Property") is limited to Videolarm-Authorized Dealers, Authorized Distributors, Authorized Systems Integrators, and Sales Representatives (hereinafter "User").
Videolarm grants User permission to use the VIDEOLARM Property subject to the following conditions: (1) all advertising of User clearly indicates that it is advertising of User, and is not advertising of Videolarm; (2) User's advertising does not imply or suggest an association between User and Videolarm other than that of buyer and seller; (3) User's use of the Videolarm Property positively represents Videolarm and Videolarm CCTV equipment and related services in a professional manner; (4) User's trade name is more predominant on User's advertising than VIDEOLARM trademarks; (5) the appropriate trademark notice ( ? or ® ) appears adjacent all Videolarm federally registered trademarks; (6) the Trademark Statement below appears in or at the end of all advertising wherein any Videolarm trademarks are used; (7) no modifications of any Videolarm Property are made; and (8) only Videolarm MSRP product pricing may be used for direct marketing or E-commerce promotion activities. Use for any other purpose is expressly prohibited, and may result in severe civil and criminal liabilities.
The use of Videolarm Property is authorized ONLY for promotion and sale of Videolarm products. Use of Videolarm Property DOES NOT imply any business association with Videolarm, other than that of buyer and seller.
Videolarm reserves the right to review User's advertising and may: (1) specify and require changes to the advertising as a condition of use; or (2) refuse or revoke permission to use Videolarm Property by User.
Videolarm trademarks are to be used in association with Videolarm products according to the terms and conditions stated above. When Videolarm trademarks are used for the purpose of demonstrating an association between another company and Videolarm, permission is granted for their use provided that: (1) User is a qualified Manufacturer?s Representative; (2) User is qualified as either an Authorized Dealer, Authorized Distributor, or Authorized Systems Integrator as defined above; (3) the applicable legend, "Authorized Videolarm Dealer, "Authorized Videolarm Distributor", or "Authorized Videolarm Systems Integrator" appears below User's trade name; and (4) Videolarm has not specifically denied permission to User. Videolarm trademarks may not be used in any way that gives the impression that User is part of Videolarm, or is the EXCLUSIVE Agent, Dealer, or Distributor for Videolarm.
Permission to use Videolarm Property for any other purpose is not granted, and must be specifically obtained in writing from the Videolarm Marketing Department.
Videolarm reserves the right to deny or revoke permission to use any of the Videolarm Property for any or no reason at any time.
VIDEOLARM, the VIDEOLARM Logos, and VIDEOLARM TRADEMARKED NAMING CONVENTIONS, federally registered trademarks of Videolarm.
Any rights not expressly granted herein are reserved.
Trademark Statement
The following Trademark Statement must appear on any document that contains a Videolarm trademark:
"[the appropriate Videolarm trademark(s)] is a (are) trademark(s) of Videolarm ? Decatur, GA, and may be registered in certain jurisdictions."

Notice Specific to Software Available On This Website
Any software ("Software") that is made available to download from this server ("Server") is the copyrighted work of Videolarm and/or its suppliers. Use of the Software is governed by the terms of the end user license agreement, if any, which accompanies or is included with the Software ("License Agreement").
End users are expressly prohibited from installing any Software that is accompanied by or includes a License Agreement, unless the user first agrees to the License Agreement terms. The Software is made available for downloading solely for use by end users according to the License Agreement. Any reproduction or redistribution of the Software not in accordance with the License Agreement is expressly prohibited by law, and may result in severe civil and criminal penalties. Violators will be prosecuted to the maximum extent possible.
